Is anything shipped?
No. These are digital files. Printed planners, physical gifts, pets, desk props and other pictured objects are not included.
Is this an app or online library?
No. Workbooks are manually maintained. The local HTML index navigates downloaded files; it is not a connected application, encrypted vault or online account. Use the actual order-linked download route when configured.
Can I use it without AI?
Yes. The prompts are optional. No AI access or subscription is included. Check any generated output and never paste private child, medical, financial, identity or household records into an external service.
Are all PDFs fillable?
No. Only the named form PDFs contain inspected fields. Reading, annotation and built-in form filling are different functions. Viewer behavior requires testing.
Does complete mean every future product?
No. It means the explicitly listed current package. Supplied Premium content is included, not a second upsell. Men's, excluded add-ons and future releases are not part of the seven-category purchase.
Request practical help.
Use the contact route once verified. Supply an order reference, product, filename, application/version and a harmless reproduction. Do not send your completed private records. No response-time guarantee or round-the-clock service is claimed.

These are manually maintained digital files, not connected apps, professional services or physical goods. You choose the records that fit and remain responsible for checking information and sharing it carefully.

How the bundles work
Choose one current bundle.
Read its exact contents, actual previews, edition notes, personal-use terms and limits. Choose a standalone when one area is enough. A curated combination includes only its named categories; the Current Collection names seven. Check your present cart for duplicate categories. We do not infer a guest's previous purchases.
Receive the order-linked download.
Before sales open, the approved delivery service must be configured and tested to issue access only after the approved payment condition. Follow the actual download email or supported order-status link. This draft does not promise immediate fulfillment, a customer-account library or an operational delivery service.
Save, extract and open START HERE.
Download the ZIP to a device with sufficient free storage. Use the device's extraction function; opening a preview of the ZIP is not the same as extracting it. Keep a local backup in a location you control. Open the category's START HERE or local index, read the relevant guide and explore EXAMPLE before saving a separate CLEAN working copy.
Begin with one real task: a bill, an approved care routine, a school message, a personal responsibility, a hosting action, a recipient preference or a wedding priority. There is no requirement to complete every tab.
Choose your working format.
XLSX tools and PDFs are manual alternatives, not synchronized views. A4 and US Letter print resources are included across the seven categories. Only specifically named PDFs contain form fields; Home has no inspected fillable PDF. Optional prompts include no AI service, subscription or output guarantee.
Check compatibility and printing and download help. Software and printing costs are not included.
Preview the actual tools
Open an actual page before deciding. These limited previews come from the supplied current category files; they are not fictional application interfaces or customer testimonials.
Each board includes a guide interior and a relevant blank resource, plus exact workbook headings re-rendered as a clearly labelled source-cell excerpt. That excerpt is not an Excel screenshot, a formula result or an application compatibility test. Existing example figures in guide pages are fictional.
The cover images show actual guides. Illustrated props and scenes are not physical goods included in the download. Only this limited preview subset is public; complete paid ebooks, workbooks and ZIPs are kept out of theme assets and public download links.
No email is required to inspect a preview. Open the image to zoom or use the full-size-image link. Formats, true form fields and extras vary by category; consult the exact category inventory and compatibility notes rather than assuming every resource is interactive.

Choose the task you want to organize, not a demographic profile. Paper and XLSX options are supplied across the current seven categories, but software behavior remains subject to application testing. The finder runs in this page and does not require email or private records.

Home & Paws contains Home and Pet. Family Foundations contains Home and Kids & Family. Thoughtful Occasions contains Celebration and Gift. Wedding to Everyday contains Wedding, Home and Gift. Each includes the complete supplied current packages, with their own boundaries and licenses.
The Current Collection.
Home, Pet Care, Kids & Family, Women's Life Admin, Celebration & Festive, Universal Gift and Wedding are the seven included categories. Men's, separate add-ons and future releases are excluded. Supplied Premium content is included, not charged again.
Review duplicate categories in the present cart; no authenticated past-ownership lookup is claimed. Prices remain proposed until approved. A valid separate-purchase comparison must use simultaneous matching-market prices, not an invented historical was-price.
Contact Other Pitch
For a file question, describe the smallest example that shows the problem. Include the product name, filename, application and version, device type and an order reference when relevant.
Do not send completed child, medical, financial, identity or private household records, passwords, full card details or access tokens. A blank or harmless fictional reproduction is safer than your working planner. No attachment-upload function is provided.

Digital delivery and download help
Private draft. The delivery app, variant attachments and order tests are not yet operationally verified.
What will be delivered.
Each offer supplies the exact current category or named category combination shown on its product page. No physical shipping is included. The release snapshot identifies the components and version. The Current Collection includes Home, Pet, Family, Women, Celebration, Gift and Wedding; Men's and future releases are excluded.
Payment before access.
The intended flow is an approved successful payment condition, followed by an actual app-issued entitlement and download email, plus an order-status download link where supported. Pending, failed or unpaid orders must not receive files. Timing, retry limits and access behavior must be tested before being promised. Billing information may still be required even though no physical delivery address is needed for shipping.
Find and extract the download.
Check the order email address and the actual delivery email, including spam folders. Save the ZIP fully before extracting it. Keep sufficient device storage and use the operating system's extraction function. In a collection, open the release START HERE, then the relevant category's original start guide or index. Save CLEAN working copies separately from the originals.
Interrupted, wrong or expired links.
Do not share order-linked URLs publicly. Retry only through the actual delivery service's supported flow. To request help, provide the order reference and harmless error description through the verified contact route. Support must verify entitlement before issuing a replacement. A resend or retry policy has not yet been approved; no fixed download limit or expiry duration is promised.
Refunds and corrections.
Approved refund or access-revocation actions depend on the actual app and applicable rights. Revocation cannot erase a copy already downloaded. File replacement may affect earlier orders, so corrections require an entitlement-impact review and preserved release records.
Private release gates: install/configure an approved delivery solution; attach private releases to exact variant IDs; test every mapping, unpaid-order withholding, multi-item orders, repeat downloads, resend, bad links and approved refund behavior. Do not upload paid ZIPs to public Shopify Files.
Compatibility and printing
What the files are.
The seven categories contain PDF, XLSX, TXT and local HTML resources in varying combinations. All have A4 and US Letter print resources. A suitable PDF reader is needed to read or print PDFs; XLSX use requires a suitable spreadsheet application. Optional prompts require a separately chosen service only when you choose to use them. Software, subscriptions, printing and equipment are not included.
What has and has not been checked.
Archive integrity, member hashes, PDF page counts and form structures, and workbook XML/tab/formula structures have been inspected. That is not an interactive compatibility test. Desktop Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, mobile spreadsheets, physical printing and assistive-technology use of the source files remain unverified. No software logo or universal-compatibility badge is used.
Reading, annotation and form filling differ.
Home has no inspected interactive form PDF. Named form resources exist in Pet, Family, Women, Celebration, Gift and Wedding. A PDF reader's annotation tool does not make every PDF a built-in form. Before relying on a form, work in a copy, enter harmless text, save, close and reopen it in your chosen viewer to check persistence.
Paper and spreadsheet routes.
Choose the matching A4 or US Letter PDF for your paper. Inspect print preview and test one page before printing more. The supplied print PDFs are the intended paper alternative. Women's and Celebration source notes identify limitations in configured workbook freeze panes and print areas. Do not assume those features exist because the file is XLSX.
Currency, dates and synchronization.
Home's workbook specifies USD without conversion, and its expanded guide contains US context. Storefront currency display does not convert workbook currencies. Many layouts accept manual dates, but Home retains its dated September 2026 edition material. PDFs, spreadsheets and separate Premium extension files do not synchronize automatically.
Private test register.
A dated application/version/device matrix must record actual observed results before compatibility claims are approved. Structural checks and local programmatic persistence checks, where documented in the owner evidence, must not be relabelled as Excel, Adobe Reader, Sheets, Numbers or mobile certification.
Edition notes and current contents
Current proposed release: OP-20260922-r1.
This identifier records the prepared current files and component snapshot; it does not declare a live release or promise a publication date. Customer archives are preserved with checksums. No existing customer's entitlement has been changed by this build.
Home's distinct edition labels.
The Calm Home Method identifies expanded Edition 1.1, September 2026, with US household guidance. The original workbook and start material identify Edition 1.0. The current workbook is USD-only and does not convert currencies. These differences are preserved rather than silently relabelled.
Premium already supplied.
Family and Women's Life Admin include their supplied Premium material with shared Core. Celebration includes its supplied Premium extension. Universal Gift includes its nested Premium package. Those files are included in each complete current category price; Core is not sold again as a necessary add-on.
Formats and overlap.
A4/Letter, CLEAN/EXAMPLE, PDF/TXT prompts and sequential reading parts are alternative formats of the same material. Wedding contains matching duplicate reading-part files; they are not extra books. Its fillable command sheet is another format of one bonus, and its honeymoon/home-start minis are not full Travel/Home flagships.
Not included.
The Family Birthday Memory Interview and separate Women's return-to-routine add-on are excluded. Men's is withheld from sale and from the seven-category collection despite a newly supplied archive awaiting separate scope and release approval. Other future editions, translations, integrations, professional licenses and apps are not current entitlements.
Corrections and future work.
Purchase decisions should be based on the listed current contents. Optional future editions are distinct from applicable mandatory remedies. Before any file replacement, preserve the previous release and assess effects on existing order access. No unlimited-update, lifetime-access-to-new-products or automatic Men's entitlement is promised.
Personal-use license
Private draft for seller and rights review. The original category licenses remain the evidence for the supplied permissions; this overview must not silently expand or remove them.
Your current files.
The approved purchase grants use of the explicitly named current category package or category combination under its supplied personal/household terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Keep an untouched backup and make working copies for the permitted personal use.
Share a relevant completed extract, not the library.
Where the category license permits it, share the minimum completed handover needed by an appropriate household helper, approved pet or family caregiver, or wedding helper. Check the information first and remove unnecessary private details. A public identification poster needs a different, deliberately public-safe subset. The files themselves provide no encryption, identity checking or legal care authorization.
Blank-template redistribution is not included.
Do not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense or offer the blank templates, complete library or paid downloads as your own product. Do not share an order-linked download URL publicly. Personal office, formal or gift scenarios do not grant employer, client-program, commercial event or team-use rights. Such use needs separately approved written permission.
One offer, one personal/household license.
Additional-recipient licensing, gift-recipient delivery and volume pricing are not configured. A guide about gifting is not permission to distribute the paid library, and it is not monetary gift-card credit. Contact the verified support route before assuming a new use is permitted.
Versions, overlap and rights.
Alternative paper sizes, reading parts, CLEAN/EXAMPLE files and PDF/TXT prompt versions repeat underlying material. Supplied Premium content is already included. Men's, separate excluded add-ons and future products are outside the seven-category collection. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and necessary remedies are not excluded by this license overview.
Owner gate: confirm distribution rights for every supplied member and embedded image, reconcile this overview with each source license, and identify the actual contracting seller before publication.
Terms of service
Private legal draft, not approved terms. The contracting seller, operating country, required address/identifiers and selling markets remain unconfirmed. Do not publish this page or accept orders on its basis.
Seller and scope.
Other Pitch is the storefront brand. The actual legal seller and legally required contact details must be inserted only after owner confirmation. These terms concern the named digital planning files, not physical goods, a subscription, connected application or professional service.
Offer, payment and taxes.
Before ordering, review the current product description, exact included categories, formats, edition, software requirements, scope limits, approved price and applicable tax information. The checkout total must use Shopify's configured market and payment systems. The point of contract acceptance, available payment methods and billing requirements must match the approved seller-market setup; no unsupported payment method is promised.
Supply and your working environment.
The approved delivery service must provide the correct order-linked files after the approved payment condition. Pending or failed payments must not unlock downloads. Save and extract the supplied ZIP and keep an appropriate backup. You are responsible for using suitable software and checking information you enter. Third-party software, printing and AI access are not included. These responsibilities do not remove mandatory remedies for defective or misdescribed content.
Current contents and permission.
The listed current release and component snapshot define the purchase. Supplied Premium material is included where named. Alternative formats are not extra independent products. Men's, excluded add-ons and future products are not silently included. Follow the source personal/household license; blank redistribution, resale and unapproved professional/team use are not permitted.
Appropriate use.
Records and prompts do not provide medical, veterinary, legal, financial, booking or care-authorization services. No guaranteed clinical, financial, relationship or organizational outcome is promised. Check relevant professional instructions and original records. Do not send sensitive completed planners to support or third-party AI services.
Complaints, cancellation and remedies.
The final terms must identify a verified complaint contact and the applicable cancellation, withdrawal and non-conformity remedies. Digital files are not automatically exempt from all refunds or consumer protections. Any early-supply consent must operate through the actual supported purchase flow, including accelerated paths, and any required confirmation must be durable.
Unresolved legal choices.
No governing law, arbitration clause, business address, registration number or liability exclusion has been guessed. Owner and appropriate legal review must resolve these points, approve the refund policy and data processing, and verify the support route before this draft can be published.
Privacy and cookie preferences
Private draft. The actual legal controller, markets, retention periods and full processor configuration require confirmation before publication.
The website and the downloaded files are different.
The storefront uses Shopify for browsing, carts, checkout and order administration. Depending on the actual purchase flow, information may include contact details, order contents, billing information, payment status and technical request information. Do not claim that the business collects no data simply because a downloaded planner can be used locally.
Processing map to complete.
Shopify is the confirmed storefront platform. The active payment provider and its processing details must be verified. Digital-delivery software is not yet installed or configured in this build. The intended support inbox contact@otherpitch.com has not been receipt-tested. No new advertising pixel, analytics vendor, review service or marketing campaign was activated by this build. Existing platform or app behavior still requires a consent and network audit; that is not a claim that the whole store contains no tracking.
Purposes, recipients and retention.
The approved notice must distinguish processing necessary to receive and administer an order, issue a correct entitlement, prevent misuse and resolve a support request from optional analytics or marketing. Identify the actual recipients, processing locations, lawful bases and appropriate retention/deletion periods after the seller and services are confirmed. Do not retain completed planners to provide routine support.
Choices must work.
Marketing choices must be clear and unselected by default. Cookie or tracking choices must use actual Shopify privacy controls or another approved operational service, with scripts blocked when required and a way to revisit preferences. The theme only exposes its preference control when the supported privacy interface exists; it does not pretend to record consent. Consent behavior, including rejection and revision, remains a release test.
Private records and adult-facing design.
The finder asks about tasks and format preference without requesting an email or storing a personal profile. The Family category is adult-facing. Do not submit children's profiles, medical records, identity documents or completed private financial/household planners through the website. Source files are not an encrypted cloud vault.
Requests and rights.
The final notice must give the verified controller contact and applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, portability and complaint routes for approved markets. The intended support address is not yet an operationally verified rights-request route. Confirm international processing and retention before using definitive legal wording.
Refunds and cancellation
Private draft. The seller, selling markets and voluntary refund policy have not been approved. No satisfaction period or blanket no-refund rule is invented here.
Digital does not mean no rights.
Mandatory rights and remedies may apply when content is defective, inaccessible, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. The approved policy must preserve the remedies applicable to the actual seller and markets. A restriction on optional future editions must not purport to exclude legally required conformity or security remedies.
Voluntary requests.
The owner must decide whether to offer an additional voluntary satisfaction policy, and approve its actual duration, process and lawful exclusions. Until then, do not advertise a money-back guarantee, a fixed number of days or an unconditional refusal. A request should be assessed against the approved policy and applicable rights, not rejected merely because the product is digital.
Cancellation before early digital supply.
For markets with applicable digital-content withdrawal rules, review the required pre-contract information, express consent to early supply, acknowledgment of any lawful loss of withdrawal rights and durable confirmation. A cart-only checkbox that an accelerated checkout can bypass is not a reliable implementation. Use a reviewed supported flow, delay supply where appropriate, or leave the affected market disabled until resolved.
Request help without exposing private data.
Use the verified support route with an order reference, product name, exact filename and a harmless explanation of the problem. Do not send completed private planners. Support must verify the order and distinguish a corrupted file, a delivery failure, a software issue and a content problem. No response-time guarantee is currently approved.
Refund and access behavior.
Refund approval and payment processing must use the actual platform. Delivery-app revocation and replacement behavior require testing. Revoking a link does not erase a copy already downloaded, and a refund must not be counted twice in revenue calculations. Existing entitlements must remain auditable after corrections or file replacement.
Owner gates: confirm markets and seller; approve the voluntary policy; obtain appropriate legal review; verify support; test any required consent and confirmation on every supported checkout path before accepting payments.
Accessibility statement

Our storefront target.
The editorial theme targets WCAG 2.2 AA with semantic headings, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, meaningful preview descriptions, adequate contrast and responsive layouts. Controls aim for generous touch targets. Nonessential pointer tilt is disabled for reduced-motion and touch contexts, and content is visible without animation.
Testing must match the final content.
Source validation, automated checks and local browser fixtures do not replace testing the actual Shopify theme, supported checkout, apps or a screen reader. The owner handover records which checks ran and which remain blocked. No Lighthouse score, real-user Web Vitals result or accessibility certification is asserted here.
Downloadable resources have separate limits.
Website accessibility is distinct from PDF and workbook accessibility. The supplied resources have not received a complete assistive-technology audit. Actual PDF pages remain images in previews; supporting HTML explains their purpose, but it is not a full accessible transcription of every source page. Spreadsheet and form behavior can vary by application and device.
