Digital delivery and download help

OtherPitch products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped.

What is delivered

Each purchase supplies the exact current category package shown on its product page. The seven current bundles are Home, Pet, Family, Women, Celebration, Gift and Wedding. Men's and future releases are excluded.

How access is provided

After Shopify confirms successful payment, the configured Shopify Digital Products service provides order-linked access to the archive mapped to the purchased variant. Pending, failed or unpaid orders do not receive files.

Download and extract the ZIP

Check the email address used for the order, including spam folders. Save the ZIP completely before extracting it. Keep sufficient device storage and use the operating system's extraction function. Open the included START HERE or OPEN ME FIRST guide, and keep an untouched backup.

Interrupted, missing or incorrect access

Do not share order-linked download URLs publicly. If access is missing, interrupted or points to the wrong product, contact store@otherpitch.com with the order reference, product name and a minimal, non-sensitive description. OtherPitch will verify the entitlement before restoring or correcting access.

Refunds and corrections

Refunds, corrections and access changes follow the published Refunds and Cancellation policy and applicable mandatory rights. Revocation cannot erase a copy already downloaded.
