Terms of service

These terms govern digital product purchases from OtherPitch through otherpitch.com.

Seller

The contracting seller is OtherPitch, a business registered in the United States. The customer contact address is store@otherpitch.com.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted through the configured Shopify checkout after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable tax and available payment methods are shown at checkout before the customer submits an order. Products identified as digital do not include physical goods.

Included version

A purchase grants access to the named product and the edition or release described at checkout. It is not a subscription, lifetime pass or promise of future products unless the product page expressly says so.

Software and records

Customers are responsible for suitable software and devices, printing choices and protecting completed records. The files do not provide encryption, connected accounts or professional advice.

License and restrictions

Use follows the supplied personal-use license. Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing and unapproved professional or team reuse are prohibited.

Delivery, complaints and remedies

Delivery and support follow the Digital Delivery and Refunds policies. Contact store@otherpitch.com with the order reference and a minimal, non-sensitive description of the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable rules

Applicable federal, state and local requirements and mandatory customer protections continue to apply according to the transaction and customer location.
