Change of mind

Because these products are digital files supplied after purchase, OtherPitch does not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund after download access has been issued. Please review the description, actual previews, included formats and compatibility limits before ordering.

Non-delivery, defects and misdescription

This policy does not remove a mandatory right or remedy. If a paid download is not delivered, is materially defective, cannot be accessed as described or differs materially from the product description, contact store@otherpitch.com with the order reference, product, filename and a minimal non-sensitive description. OtherPitch will investigate and, as appropriate, restore access, provide a corrected file, replace the affected product or issue a refund.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Report a duplicate or unauthorized charge promptly. Payment-provider and applicable legal investigation procedures may apply.

Refund and access records

If a refund or revocation is issued, future download access may be disabled where the delivery service supports it. A refund cannot erase copies already downloaded. OtherPitch will record the affected order, product or release and the remedy provided.
