Privacy and cookie preferences

This policy describes the storefront data flow for OtherPitch.

Who is responsible

OtherPitch, a business registered in the United States, operates otherpitch.com. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to store@otherpitch.com.

Data collected

The store and its service providers may process contact and account details, order and transaction records, support communications, device and browser information, security and fraud signals, cookie choices and storefront interactions. Full card credentials are handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored in the product files.

Why data is used

Data is used to operate checkout, prevent fraud, deliver purchased files, provide customer support, maintain security, keep tax and accounting records, resolve disputes and comply with legal duties. Optional analytics or marketing remain disabled unless an appropriate notice and choice are configured.

Service providers and international processing

Shopify, the configured payment provider, Shopify Digital Products, hosting, email and support providers may process data for their contracted functions. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations used by those providers, subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as reasonably required for orders, delivery, support, security, accounting, disputes and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Downloaded planning files

Completed planners stored on a customer's device or chosen cloud service are not automatically transmitted to OtherPitch. The customer's reader, device, storage provider and optional AI tools have their own practices. Product files are not encryption services.

Minimize support data

Send only an order reference, product, filename, application version and harmless reproduction. Never send passwords, access codes, full payment details or completed child, medical, financial, identity or household records.

Choices and rights

Depending on location and applicable law, a customer may request access, correction, deletion or information about processing, or object to or withdraw consent from consent-based processing. Requests can be sent to store@otherpitch.com and may require reasonable identity verification. Customers may also complain to an applicable privacy authority.
