Digital delivery
The OtherPitch AI Workflow Launch Kit is delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
Delivery timing
Files are sent to the email address used at checkout within one business day after successful payment. A delivery email for the Complete or Guided Edition includes a ZIP bundle containing the purchased PDF resources. Guided Edition customers also receive instructions for selecting and scheduling the included 45-minute remote session.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide an accurate email address and maintain access to that inbox. Check spam or promotions folders before reporting a missing delivery. To resolve a delivery issue, email store@otherpitch.com with the order number and checkout email.
File formats
Resources are supplied as PDF documents. The Complete and Guided editions also include a ZIP bundle. Customers are responsible for using a device and software capable of opening standard PDF and ZIP files.
Licence
Unless a product page expressly grants broader rights, purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the buyer's own personal or internal business use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to public libraries, shared as a membership benefit, sublicensed or represented as the buyer's original work.
Updates
The product reflects the edition delivered at the time of purchase. Software and AI platforms change frequently. Future revisions or new editions are not included unless the product page or delivery email expressly states otherwise.
Support and security
OtherPitch will investigate a missing link, duplicate charge, corrupt file or incorrect delivery. Never send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, government identification or full payment-card details by email.
