The OtherPitch digital library will include original eBooks, PDFs, checklists, templates, prompt frameworks, and operating playbooks. Each product page will identify the file type, language, edition, intended audience, included files, licence terms, and delivery method before checkout.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment, normally through a download link or the email address supplied at checkout. No physical item is shipped unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Licence
Unless a product page grants broader rights, a purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the buyer's own personal or internal business use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to public libraries, shared as a membership benefit, or represented as the buyer's original work.
Updates and compatibility
Software, AI tools, and third-party platforms change frequently. A digital resource reflects the version and publication date stated on its product page. Buyers remain responsible for checking whether a resource suits their tools, jurisdiction, and intended use.

For a missing link, duplicate charge, corrupt file, or materially incorrect download, contact store@otherpitch.com with the order number. Do not forward the purchased file with the support request unless asked.
