Refunds, delivery issues and cancellations
This policy applies to purchases made directly through otherpitch.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.
Digital products
Digital purchases are generally final after the purchased files have been delivered because digital content can be accessed or copied immediately. OtherPitch will investigate and correct a duplicate charge, failed delivery, incorrect edition, materially corrupt file or materially incomplete file.
If a correct replacement cannot be delivered within a reasonable period after the issue is verified, OtherPitch may provide an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund. Requests should be submitted promptly and should include the order number, checkout email and a description of the issue.
Guided Edition session
The digital resources in the Guided Edition follow the digital-product terms above. The included session may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when written notice is received at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time. Late cancellations and missed sessions may result in the session component being forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before delivery
A customer may request cancellation before the digital delivery email is sent. OtherPitch will review the request and may cancel and refund the order if fulfilment has not started and the files have not been supplied.
How to request help
Email store@otherpitch.com with the order number, checkout email, purchased edition, reason for the request and relevant non-sensitive evidence.
Processing timeline
OtherPitch aims to acknowledge a complete request within two business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within seven business days. The customer's bank or payment provider can require additional time to display the credit.
Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact OtherPitch first so a delivery, billing or product issue can be investigated. This does not remove any lawful right to contact a card issuer, payment provider or consumer authority.
