Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of otherpitch.com and purchases made directly from OtherPitch Picks through this Shopify store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site.
Products and pricing
The store sells original digital resources and, where stated, a defined remote guidance session. The product page identifies the edition, included files or service, price, delivery method, licence and material limitations before checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted.
Order acceptance and payment
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. OtherPitch may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing error, appears fraudulent, violates these terms or is prohibited by law. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Digital delivery
No physical item is shipped for the AI Workflow Launch Kit. Files are sent to the email address used at checkout within one business day after successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing a valid address and maintaining access to the inbox. Delivery and technical support terms are set out in the Digital Delivery & Licence page.
Licence and intellectual property
Digital products are licensed, not sold with unrestricted ownership rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use. Copying for resale, public redistribution, sublicensing, uploading to shared libraries, removal of ownership notices or representation as the buyer's original work is prohibited.
Guided Edition
The Guided Edition includes the digital resources and one 45-minute remote guidance session focused on one workflow selected before the call. It does not include unlimited consulting, implementation, software access, custom development or regulated professional advice. Scheduling and cancellation terms appear on the product and refund pages.
AI limitations and customer responsibility
AI systems can produce inaccurate, biased, incomplete or outdated output. OtherPitch does not guarantee revenue, savings, funding, payment-provider approval, legal compliance or any other business or personal result. Customers are responsible for reviewing output, protecting data, maintaining backups, obtaining permissions and seeking qualified professional advice for regulated or high-consequence decisions.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the site or resources; evade payment; infringe intellectual-property rights; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or reproduce content at scale; or use the products or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory or harmful activity.
Third-party services
The store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, email systems and video-meeting tools. Their availability, security, pricing and terms are governed by their respective providers. OtherPitch does not control a bank's or payment processor's account approval decisions.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OtherPitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site, digital resources, third-party systems, AI output or a customer's implementation decisions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions may be sent to store@otherpitch.com. OtherPitch may update these terms by posting a revised version. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally applies to that order.
